Mark Santos

Mark Santos is the Executive Director of Positive East, a post he has held for 2 decades. He joined, one of the partner agencies, that formed Positive East in 1996 as its Housing Advice Worker becoming it’s Advice Services Manager in 1997 and then it’s Director in 2000. He led the merger process resulting in the formation of Positive East in 2005 . He has been Councillor in Redbridge since 2014, Co-Chaired the Redbridge Fairness Commission in 2014, Chaired Redbridge’s Health Scrutiny in 2014 and is currently Redbridge’s Cabinet Member for Adult Services & Public Health and Chair of its Health & Wellbeing Board since 2015.
